You need to update the booking system so that we can use our loyalty card.
Also I don't see why we should pay more for the booking online than walk in price. £5 is a tad much.
Had to ask for the conditioning treatment I paid for and the hair was cut way too short - despite me being really clear I think. Had to wait for 20mins as well… was happy before but I might not go again.

Was ignored upon arrival. Then hairdresser didn’t speak English, another member of staff had to translate. Didn’t even do a consultation and look at my hair first. Just went straight to washing, which was so rough, not relaxing at all, she kept banging my head in the sink. Hacked my hair off at the front without checking the length I wanted. Now I have the worst haircut in my life. It’s all uneven and not a trim, it’s a totally terrible hair cut and style that does not resemble what I asked for
