Lacrii was nice, haircut was good at the front, could have layered more at the back. Took less than 30 mins to wash cut and blow dry, which is efficient but for a long hair appointment I had higher expectations. Didn’t inform me in advance that she would be charging me for blow dry and then definitely overcharged me with no discussion. Hair all over the floor, moved me around multiple times.
