Lovely experience. Really quick to fit into my 1hr lunch break but no less attentive or well done as a result. Gorgeous colour and nail shape. Really good price for central London. Very happy with results and will revisit.

Haircut was fine. Ambience was terrible, felt like a conveyor belt. My wash was conducted by two different people, the basin was dirty (precious persons hair and dye over basin) the water was cold (was told they’re all the same temperature). Was felt with product t in my hair, I had to go find someone to see if it was for it to be washed out. Definitely not worth it. Better off going to a chain hairdresser and not risking it. Really disappointed.
