I arrived exactly on time but had to wait at least 30 mins to get started. As a result my session felt super rushed and although I paid for a hair treatment I never got one because we literally run out of time and they had to close. Same with my blow dry and hair cut, rushed and sloppy. Ken looked skilful but against the clock and the rest of the team were super disoriented and often nowhere to be found.
Not a pleasant experience as it was super stressful the entirety of the 2 hours.

Called in advance to ask if they do curly hair, they said yes but in store knew nothing about how to style curly hair
