The salon was a mess, brushes were not clean, staff were poorly trained and lacked the basic skills to complete a blowdry. When suggestions were made to actually dry the hair such as blow drying with the cuticle the staff got angry and shouted unprofessionally at me to leave the salon. There were no products used in the blow dry and the water temperature for the hair wash was freezing... I could go on but this was an incredibly disappointing experience, this salon needs a full re-think
I was disappointed when I arrived to be told that the stylist that I had booked, Burkan, had been double-booked and I was now moved to another stylist. I said I would wait for Burkan but this meant that I was late for my next appointment, as I wasn't seen until almost half an hour after my appointment time.
And my appointment was at 12:50 - at 13.06 I received an e-mail from Treatwell to say that my appointment had been rescehduled to 13:00. The e-mail arrived AFTER the new appointment time!
