Hi, this was my second time here for a Brazilian blow dry. Although the lady did my hair really nicely as I wanted, she was too careless with the hairdryer - she was putting the hot heat almost on my scalp to the point I felt so uncomfortable.

For the price, id say okay. The waves did not last long. No heat protectant applied after wash.
