When I arrived at the venue, I was told that my appointment had been rescheduled to the Soho branch and that I had been informed via Whatsapp (an app that I don't use). Fortunately, Leila was kind enough to take my appointment. While the haircut itself was good, the stylist forgot the free conditioning treatment. She seemed nice but her limited English skills meant that it was hard to have a hair consultation, let alone point out that she forgot the conditioning treatment.

Not a good experience here. Wasn’t seen for 35 minutes. Very rough washing of my hair and the whole place was very frantic. Didn’t get layering as I asked but haircut not terrible. Would not book again
