First they changed the location to a different branch, claiming the one I booked on the app is closed. The part that was extremely bad is due to either hot wax, bad quality wax, or poor technique skin was pulled off, and I needed to scab and heal.

I did the T-Section highlights, my hairdresser had great attention to detail, provided recommendations on which toner looked good against the other highlights in my hair. Very pleased with the outcome and service. Prices are also great too.
