Cluttered salon and disorganised staff. They started my treatment without checking what I’d booked so I had to go to the hair washing sink twice. Water given in a tiny plastic cup, not a glass or bottle. Blow dry was good once it eventually started.

The salon itself can feel a bit cramped but great for the no-faff experience I was after!
I asked to be seen by Lacrii because a friend recommended her to me, and I was not disappointed! She understood exactly what I wanted and needed, and created a cut that gave me shape and volume in my straight hair without having to spend hours styling it.
Very few hairdressers have been able to do this for me. I will definitely go back!
