I had booked the appointment with Ken but he was away so I got my hair done by someone replacing him. Extremely cold welcoming and no goodwill to do the job properly. I had to finish the blowdry myself. Such a shame as I especially came from Ken for his excellent blowdry.

Got the job done, happy with my hair cut although it wasn’t exactly what I wanted.
The atmosphere of the salon was not super pleasant but good value so you can’t be too fussy.
