i asked for a normal cut and got given layers instead, i have fine hair already so it made it look so much worse. not only this but the face framing is uneven on one side, i nearly cried leaving the appointment, never again

Very much a rushed experience, I appreciate the efficiency of the service but a wash, cut and blow dry in 20 mins is very quick. They did an okay job but I felt they were trying to get me out of the seat asap rather than listening to what I wanted
