Haircut was fine. Ambience was terrible, felt like a conveyor belt. My wash was conducted by two different people, the basin was dirty (precious persons hair and dye over basin) the water was cold (was told they’re all the same temperature). Was felt with product t in my hair, I had to go find someone to see if it was for it to be washed out. Definitely not worth it. Better off going to a chain hairdresser and not risking it. Really disappointed.

First time getting this treatment and it was great, the lady was very friendly and the process was actually really relaxing with great results.

I purchased this last minute to treat myself to a blow dry including conditioning treatment. Would recommend it. They took great care in the wash and conditioning and I loved the blow dry!
