My treatment wasn’t with Veronica. The team couldn’t see my appointment so I waited for someone from their Soho branch. When the manicurist arrived she didn’t greet me and started with the client right next to me whose appointment was after mine. I asked her and she started removing my Shellac which takes usually 10 minutes and took her half an hour. That was after me waiting for 35 minutes already for my appointment to start. Not too sure what’s happening to splash as it was always my go-to
