very welcoming! it was a bit quiet but was in the morning!. there seems to a hairdresser on hand what ever time and the young lady I had was very thorough and did a gorgeous blow dry. She even did my parting on a different side and it was really great and lots of friends said wow your hair looks good ! ( clearly she knew what was best!) FAB
