Appointment a bit late (I waited 10min for a technician to show up) and a bit rushed but she was very polite and nice. Definitely not the best gel manicure I’ve had but it was a last minute emergency so did the job!

The beautician was late with no apologies, I was just left in a basement with little communication. She did not speak to me and the etiquette wasn't great, I've had waxs for over 10 years but never had such a painful one and I had to ask for sections
