The booking went through, but there was not a wax therapist at the location where I booked. And I had prepaid. After about 10 minutes, they sent me to one of their other locations that was a 10-minute walk away... and they were able to accommodate the treatment. It worked, but honestly - do not recommend, would not return, almost asked Treatwell for a full refund for the hassle.
