When I arrived, l was told there was no beautician available on Sundays. I was asked to walk to their Soho branch, which was inconvenient but I went as I’d already paid.
When I arrived, I had to wait around, and although one of the staff kindly offered me water, the actual experience was chaotic. The pedicure was not relaxing and blow dry was not straight and sleek. Last time I booked at Splash Charring Cross the salon was closed but appointments still available for booking on Treatwell. 🫣😭

This place offers a decent haircut at a good value! however sometimes experience can feel too rushed and there is a feeling that they want to get it done ASAP so they can do they next customer.
