This experience was terrible. I have been going to this salon for quite some time but this time the experience was horrible. The stylist asked me what I wanted to do and when I said to him he very impolitely said "I don't do this", then when I asked for something else he said "ok but this is 10 pounds extra" which was not the case at all (he asked his manager and he confirmed it was not the case). He ended up giving me a straight blow dry when I asked for waves and my hair looked worse off.
