I was actually asked to go to Soho Splash which I didn’t mind. The receptionist was amazing and the salon very welcoming and a great atmosphere. Unfortunately once the colour was finished there was no care in finishing. I woukd have been happy to pay extra but the lack of enthusiasm left me asking to leave. So shame it ended this way as I was very hopeful,

This was the worst “blow dry” of my life. Leila was unable to use brushes to give me a curly blow dry (she even demonstrated on my hair that she couldn’t do it) so resorted to using curling tongs which left my hair looking like I had been dragged through a bush. I had to go straight home and re-curl it myself. The “conditioning treatment” left my hair in the most tangled state it’s ever been. AVOID!! Also charge extra for curly blow dry and/or extensions (on top of “long hair” price).
