My nail tech rushed the process, barely focused on my nails - took around 10 to 15 min to do the nails (including prep and nail painting) - then left me there alone and said “you can leave in 10 minutes” and didn’t come back to check. Another nail tech asked me if I was ok and applied cuticle oil before I left. The manicure lasted 2 days and started peeling. I did another manicure in Charing Cross branch, was MUCH better. Nail tech focused and took 10-15 drying my nail, if not more.
