I thought the overall feeling of Splash Charing Cross had improved dramatically. I was seen by a lovely lady who waged my hair and listened to wha tip of cut and blow dry id like but then passed me into another lady not proficient in English who did a bad cut on my hair. I'm now slightly devastated and have accepted that it'll be a whole year before I get my hair back to the way it was. The ladies were nice but I would have rather had someone I could talk to and knew how to cut hair better
