I booked for Luna and got Lacrii instead. She was a very nice lady who completed my long hair. However the Long layers and face framing layers I requested were instead a very simple hair cut. I am not sure anyone can tell the difference between before and after, maybe an inch off the hair. I will stick to Luna next time as I preferred her haircut.
