There was a 15 min wait for my prebooked appointment. For lower price, expect average service, I imagine that they are so busy that they don't have time to give enough time to discuss what cut is needed etc, perhaps it would be different with another stylist.

I am so pleased with my haircut. My stylist took great care over making it perfectly blunt cut as requested. It was quick, which I appreciate, and a good price.

A very confusing process. The hairdresser didn't speak much English but she tried very hard to communicate and get me to understand her and I appreciated that a lot.
However, on treat well I booked for a "Keratase Treatment" which is not what i received. What they actually offer is a wash and condition with Keratase products.
Of course, not being able to effectively communicate with the hairdresser, we didn't discuss any of that. Again, this is not the fault of the hairdresser, she was lovely.
