He didn’t do it properly, missed quite a few hair parts which are still curly. Also was having racist talks which made me v uncomfortable

I made a last-minute booking for a hair treatment with wash and blow-dry. Granted, it was on a bank holiday, so there was chaos due to higher foot traffic. Space is a luxury at this location, but I think the staff did their best with what was available. The treatment and the blow-dry were professionally done and ended on time.

I booked the treatment which included free hair treatment, this was not provided. The service was rushed and the haircut was of extremely poor quality leaving my hair different lengths requiring me to go to another salon, pay another £50 to get it fixed. I am very disappointed.
