He performed the service very well, although the application itself wasn't as careful as it could have been, as it caused a slight tingling sensation on my scalp. However, he did everything beautifully and splendidly, and at the end, he even trimmed the ends because the haircut had become uneven after the treatment. I left the salon with my hair perfectly styled. Thank you very much.

I had booked the appointment with Ken but he was away so I got my hair done by someone replacing him. Extremely cold welcoming and no goodwill to do the job properly. I had to finish the blowdry myself. Such a shame as I especially came from Ken for his excellent blowdry.
