my haircut is pretty dreadful to be honest. not what i asked for at all - i felt my hairdresser was not attentive. I showed reference pics (a choppy bob) and halfway through my haircut he asked me to look up a ‘graduation haircut’ on my phone and if that was what i wanted - which was nothing like the 4 pics i showed him!
I also paid for the blow dry and haircut, and when I was having my hair washed i was told i didn’t pay for the blow dry - please can i have a refund at least for this?
The place was easy to find and close to the station, and the people who worked there were very nice and polite. My stylist was very kind. He understood my needs and gave me the colour I wanted, which was best suited to my roots.i have already booked for my 2nd round. thank you
