There is a large sign upon entry declaring Splash will take no responsibility for complaints or the actions of any stylists as they are all self employed. I saw this as a red flag, and sadly it was! Avoid.
Blow Dry
Terrible! No heat protection used on hair before using hairdryer or straightener. The stylist started straightening my hair before curling it which was completely unnecessary as I have poker straight hair (not to mention, further damaging my hair).
