Very lively and welcoming
The downstairs isn't as big as other nail places but the staff are wonderful and the nail technician was incredible

I booked this appointment as I got a £10 off code from Treatwell.
My appointment was for 4pm, I wasn't seen until 4:20pm.
I was told after the cut, my hair is the longer length and should have been extra, but because I was kept waiting I was not asked to pay extra.
I am just curious if I had paid the correct amount would anything been have offered for being kept waiting.
Good haircut, but I wouldn't go back and pay full price due to the delay, cleanliness and atmosphere.
