I was frazzled when I arrived slightly late due to a Tube delay. Ana Laura was lovely and understanding, bringing me water and assuring me that we would have adequate time. She was meticulous as usual, and the manicure was quite literally perfect.

Usually get exceptional service here, but felt this time that it was a bit rushed. Still a nice manicure and always as friendly as ever, but had to ask to remove a loose bit of cuticle and a couple of other things as well. Would still recommend though, as it's so convenient and not expensive.

Very a reasonable price in a central London location. The lady who worked with me clearly knew a lot about what she was doing and gave some great recommendations. Great to know that I am in expert hands. I will be booking again for sure.

I was running late for my Shellac manicure and as this branch of Splash is always so busy my technician had to cut my appointment down to an express shallac manicure - however even in less time she was able to do a fantastic job of my nails, whilst also providing friendly conversation and amazing attention to detail. I'll be returning for sure.

Lovely beautician who did my nails. Room is very small though and pedicure was good despite the usual massage chairs and basins.
