My beautician was super lovely, easy to talk to and did an excellent (mostly pain-free!) job. I'd definitely ask for her again. The room was nice, though I will say on my way through the salon the fumes of cleaning products and nail varnish were intense so they might want to figure out some better ventilation! Wouldn't stop me going back though, it was a good treatment with a great result.
