All I can say: You get what you pay for… (and you should just cough up the money and pay a bit more for a good service elsewhere )
I went in for a wash, cut and blow dry bc I saw the great reviews and as someone with long hair it’s difficult to get that done under £40. However I left quite disappointed with my appointment wishing I had just paid more for a better experience.

Wax was satisfactory, woman who ended up doing my wax was nice. Other staff not so nice/friendly. Splash is an independent contractor so it’s what you’d expect.
