My haircut was ok - not the best but not the worst. But it was cheap so can’t complain too much. Doesn’t matter who you book with on here you end up getting a random hairdresser allocated when you arrive so very hit and miss. They also moved my appointment around to a different day and I was not offered any explanation as to why or any compensation for the inconvenience

The beautician was lovely and accommodating. If you expect a relaxing and comfortable pedicure I wouldn’t advise going here. There is no comfortable or professional set up for a pedicure and if you are larger or have long legs book elsewhere.

1 star – Very disappointing experience
I booked an appointment through Treatwell with a lady called Sandra at Splash on Goodge Street. However, when I arrived, I was given a male stylist instead. As a hijabi, this is particularly important to me, and I would expect the salon to respect the booking arrangements and make sure the service is provided in accordance with the information and requirements stated on Treatwell.
