The haircut was fine, but the stylist pulled my hair quite hard, so my neck was stiff after this appointment. He also accidentally pulled strands of hair several times.

Not worth saving few bucks.The salon was very dirty, with hair and colour residue left on all shampoo stations, and chairs were wonky, which is hardly ideal for a haircut.
I left with a haircut with a hige difference in length from one side to the other so pls avoid Bennett. He came across as passive-aggressive, did not listen to simple instructions despite reference photos being provided & got a result completely different from what I asked. By far the worst experience but got a refund.
