The salon was cramped and unclean. At reception the lady sat on her phone without noticing customers. Limited resources meant they were sharing nail files between my feet and the lady next to me very blatantly! Sat on a strange slippy platform and left with smudged polish. I had to remove it that evening.

The blow dry was fine but unlike other salons I have tried recently I was not invited to request a particular style. The stylist didn't introduce herself before washing my hair or styling it so I didn't know what was the right point where I could ask for what I wanted. The end result was natural and due to the hot weather that day it didn't stay perfect for very long
