AVOID - Tia was unable to provide me with the requested haircut. She cut off much more than I asked and on top of that, it was significantly uneven. When I pointed it out, she gaslit me and said my hair wasn’t straight anyways so she can’t cut evenly. Eventually she sat me back down, on a seat where a previous customer just had a haircut and did not bother cleaning, and admitted she cut my hair unevenly. The receptionist advised I WhatsApp the manager for compensation, but they never answered.
