Nice young lady who didn't have any idea how to use the hot wax. She took 40 minutes to do my waxing, doing one strip at a time, not waiting the wax to be dry to remove it. It was so painful for her and for me. She did 6 times my lips !!!! She was sorry..

Great value and service but the atmosphere is disappointing. The dance music is too loud. I wouldn't come here for a relaxing beauty treatment, but it's great for nails and I would definitely return for another shellac manicure.

I had Hollywood hot wax, Annette (if I remember well) was my beautician for the second time and both time I had a perfect and painless wax.
