This was my first time of a bikini hot wax. Despite me being late for a few minutes, the staff were very friendly and the treatment was done very effectively, without much pain and I have no adverse reactions around the area since the treatment.
The price is very good, too.

It was one of the best full body aromatherapy massages I have ever had, and was much needed after a stressful week. Rosa the masseuse was fantastic and I definitely intend to go back for another massage soon.
The room was really nice and clean and the towels had that just washed smell which was lovely. The receptionist was warm and friendly as well. I gave the venue 4 out of 5 for ambience as the people having their hair done close by could be heard sometimes, but overall that did not affect my experience in the slightest.
Another great experience at Splash, the team is always smiling and take extra care of you. The shellac manicure is the best in london...
