Generally ok. Wasn't happy when the beautician clipped away at my cuticles to the point of drawing blood. Then pretended like nothing had happened.

Fifth time I've been, and was great. Really fast, professional and incredible value for the hair wash and cut I got. Perfect for a lunchtime visit. Plus my hairdresser was very attractive, but I guess that's not really the point! 100%.
