Not the best wax I've had, but also not the worst. Really chaotic and hot upstairs, had to wait a bit for someone to check me in but Rosa did a good job and it was pretty quick.
I had a Hollywood hot wax, and whilst the end result was great I thought the process itself could've been much improved! It was excruciatingly painful, and I think that was down to a combination of it being my first time and the technique of the therapist. She didn't tear the strips off in one smooth manoeuvre, instead repeatedly tugging at the same area. She also applied hot wax straight over areas she'd just ripped a strip off. This was incredibly painful, and apparently areas that need more work are supposed to be tweezed after the first wax strip? That said the end result was almost faultless, yet to decide if I'll go back as I may have just had a bad experience.
