I've been here quite a few times for manis\pedis, this time i wasn't impressed. The girl filed my nails way shorter than what i had asked/agreed. There was a small choice of polishes and the one i wanted they had run out of. I then went for the second choice, this then promptly ran out, as the girl had already started she then went to a back room and got another one, i wondered why she hadn't gone and checked if my first choice colour was back there too. When the polish was going on, as it was brand new it was going on to the nail quite watery, meaning i needed 4 coats of it to achieve the colour i had picked from the nail examples they show you as it was a very dark purple/almost black. The girl wanted to stop after 2 coats, meaning i would have had bright purple nails, not the look i was going for, i had to persuade her to put the extra coats on, like i was being tricky. It did last well though, and i will go back, i'm hoping that was a one off bad experience.

Wide selection of colours. Only thing that manicure doesn't last as long as two weeks, more like 8-10 days but that's more product related.
