Rosa was brilliant - really great and pretty painless - the price was really good and would definitely go back if this was a long standing price... Hot wax used which is way better then strip waxing and a lot better results!
Hollywood Waxing
manicure & pedicure looks great and therapist was very thorough. My only gripe is that she was too rough when trimming around cuticles etc and even a day later I have at least 5 tender fingers with small niks around the edges. On the bright side, the shellac will last a while as it goes right to the edges!

I was shown to the treatment room which was just under the stairs, where you could hear all the noises from the hair salon upstairs so it was not a particularly relaxing environment.
The therapist was sweet but could not speak much English so there was no explanation as to what the treatment would involve or what I should expect.
The facial was OK but she never bothered taking my eye makeup off so she was forever trying to clear up the mascara that she inevitably rubbed off. At the end of the treatment, I had to try and clear up the mess she left, I would have rather she had just removed it all when she removed my makeup.
The treatment itself was find although the extraction part hurt quite a lot and I am not convinced the therapist knew what she was doing. She seemed to try and clear pores but didn't quite finish cleaning them and I found I have a lot of spots a few days later where dirt had gotten trapped in the open pores. I was also left with red scratches on my face where she had used the extractor.
This is my second mediocre experience at the salon (previous was for a manicure) and am convinced that the 'therapists' have never received any training and are left to do whatever they like.
I will not bothered going back again.
Classic Facials
Great value for a hollywood hot wax--other locations were more expensive for the same service. Vicky was nice and attentive, overall pleased and would definitely return.
