It's my regular spot for treatments because over the past year I really enjoyed it. However, this time it wasn't the best experience. I got my regular beautician which I specifically asked, but she was just rushing whole process more than usual. I was aware that I'm her last customer (I'd assume that after long day everyone would want to go home), but it shouldn't affect the treatment. Several times I've mentioned that the wax is too hot (i was burnt with hot wax in the past so was worried), but I got the answer that temperature is as per usual. Also, when I got back home I had to tweeze some remaining hair because beautician wasn't bothered to do a precise job. It's disappointing experience especially from the person I've chosen expecting the best result.

Not as diligent as previous waxers, who were meticulous with their waxing in this place (that's why I kept coming back). I'm afraid the standards have slipped a bit. I like it when they used to be very thorough attacking every single hair visible. Spend more time with the tweezers after the wax, please :)

Cheap and cheerful. Although did get a Hollywood instead of a brazilian! But simple enough mistake and they only charged me for the brazilian. Very good deal on a Monday and Tuesday!
