Never had a bad experience at this salon. Often use it for a Brazilian wax as they can often squeeze you in last minute and all the staff are so friendly.

I always go to this place and was always satisfied however this time the result really was not great. Patchy hair removal and worst re-growths I have ever had. The lady was really nice but maybe she wasn't very experienced. Not a good result. Saying that it was the only time with a bad experience and the salon is great and everyone is friendly. I will still continue to go there.
