Came out really patchy and the hairs haven't been pulled out properly, just snapped at the surface. I've been coming here for waxes for a year and have never had a bad experience until now. I have contacted the salon with my complaint and no one has responded. Very disappointed.

I had a shellac manicure. Elena was lovely. They have a huge selection of colours here and ended up with a pale baby yellow. Its been almost a week and im quite happy with my nails

The girls are quick and thorough. You can sometimes hear people in other rooms, because the rooms are close together.

Not the best unfortunately, was quite a lot more painful than normal and she went over each area twice which made it quite uncomfortable. Ended up quite lopsided as well. In all just an OK job which is a shame as it is usually outstanding from this salon.
