Therapist didn't like to talk much but did an excellent job.
Facilities clean and tidy although a little cramped.
Treatments were first class, only complaint was pushy receptionist who make it all seem a bit seedy as she would hover over therapists towards end if time slots, muttering 1 hour, 10 mins, etc.
Splash Googe St do a great gellish manicure. The therapist took her time and my nails look great! Overall it's a good place to relax for an hour. Friendly people and good service.
A very positive experience - highly recommend. Useful to get a calendar request and then a reminder. Salon staff very helpful on arrival and there was a good ambience. Facilities very clean and modern. Therapist, Sandra very friendly and professional. Flexible too - fitted me in for another treatment despite bing very busy. Very pleased with the quality of the waxing.
Ladies' Waxing
My experience at Splash was overall very positive. I had never gotten a Bikini Wax before so I was, admittedly, a bit nervous. The staff member, however, was very helpful, very kind, and very efficient. Moreover, the location is extremely convenient and easy to find. Finally, I felt that I got an amazing value for a very good beauty treatment in Central London. I'd definitely return to Splash for waxing treatments again.
Salon was easy to find, friendly staff and the enironment was fine - not luxury but very clean and bright. Therapist was really lovely and did an excellent job. Only issue was that I had booked for a brazilian and she actually gave me a hollywood! I probably should have said something before she started & equally she should have double checked what I wanted, but it's not a big deal and she was so nice that it didn't spoil the overall experience. I would go back.
