Nice place with nice staff. It was quick and efficient. Not that bikini waving is ever 'good' but it was as good as it gets.

This was my second time at this salon for a hot wax hollywood wax. The first time I went I had a blonde beautician (sadly didn't catch her name) who was top knotch! Perfect job. This time I had an Italian lady who was very friendly and lovely to chat to but I didn't have a very good waxing experience. I have had quite a few waxes in my time but this was very painful. At one point she tugged on the same strip 6-7 times before getting it off which was really very painful and even though the job was done...I was in a lot of pain for the rest of the day. I have never had this problem before but I struggled to walk without severe pain and when I got home it looked like some of the skin had been ripped off in areas leaving sore red pathces. I even had to place an ice pack down there to help with the pain. This has not only put me off coming back to this salon but put me off waxing for good. Such a shame as the first beautician I had did a perfect, almost painfree job.
Hollywood Waxing
I was a little disappointed because I had booked an appointment with Rosa and got someone else instead. It was Rosa's day off so they could have sent me an e-mail to let me know. Not good communication but the waxing was OK (not great).
Brazilian Waxing
Second time at Splash Goodge St. This time I had a new therapist, who was quite good. Such good value and as pain free as a Hollywood wax can get!
Hollywood Waxing
An hollywood wax always hurts but the girls at Splash Goodge St are great and it's very nice to have a chat with them during the treatment, it feels it hurts less :)
Special mention to Rosa, she is always very nice and professional!
