Oh dear- today's manicure was not good. There are two members of staff now who are not very polite and rarely smile-a girl with long blonde hair and a girl with brown hair. The girl I had today (brown hair) was very rough. She didn't say hello or offer me a drink, sawed away at my nails with the file, pinching my fingers until they hurt and dug at the cuticles to clear the skin. The end result is thankfully quite good- better than I expected it to be, but if this place forgets it's customer service it will be it's downfall. They need to be more consistent in how they treat customers so it is less hit and miss, and focus on making the experience relaxing and calm for the customer. Don't forget ladies that it is supposed to be a treat! I treated myself to a manicure so I want it to be relaxing and for somebody to be nice to me, not comment on the state of my skin like the blonde girl did! All the other ladies who work there, keep up the good work!
Shellac nails at Splash are my absolute favourite. The entire manicure itself may have taken a little longer on this particular occasion but everything from the attention to cuticles to the application of polish and the hand massage to end was perfect. Colour and manicure are still in great condition a week later and usually, I get about 3 weeks in total before coming back to change.
Fab as always. This time I had a therapist named Karine who was just so so lovely! Nice to talk to and worked speedily - one of the more painless waxes I've had. Will be returning again next month like always :)
