The beauty salon is downstairs of the hair salon and pretty spacious. The room itself is not huge (not that that matters!) I had a brazilian wax, and left as much as I asked for. Very thorough front and back. I checked it over before she finished and found she'd missed a small patch, but she happily went over it. Realised when I got home that the strip was a little bit wonky, but aside from that it was a pretty good wax.

For the first time I had an absolutely painless Hollywood Wax, the French beautician was really cool and she did a great job!

I had full leg wax. I know Splash, I think is one of the best place in London for wax: clean, always on time and friendly. The beautician, an hungarian girl, was really nice and she did a great work!
