The whole waxing experience was only so so...I went for a hollywood waxing and the lady who did it wasn't very gentle or delicate..Also there wax leftover after the treatment in 'the area' and the overall did not look as neat as I previously experienced...

It was a very smooth experience, just as it should be. Roxanna who did the waxing for me was terrific!

There was a fair bit of hair left outside of the area that I had specified, including on my legs which I did not think was very good for a brazilian. There was also bits of wax left on me/ the hairs which I had to pick off. The stylist was very friendly and it was not painful but she did not give me a chance to look at the result properly before leaving.

Probably the worst experience I have had in a hairdresser. Will be writing to complain formally - not the colour or cut I wanted and the hairdresser left me at least 6 times to speak to someone else / text
