I had a very good wax, Roxana was very friendly and easy to chat to. The wax itself was very good. Virtually pain free, very quick and very neat! I will definitely be coming back soon!
Hollywood Waxing
Although there was a little more pain than usual (I prefer a chocolate wax), it wasn't as bad as some places I have been. The therapist was professional and thorough with the wax. She was quick and did a really good job, without making me feel too uncomfortable.

The salon is easy to find, not glamourous but looks clean. Really nice staff, I came a bit early and was taken for the treatment right away. Quite painful, more than other places I've been to but I'm happy with the results.
Brazilian Waxing
I only rated it ok, as there were a few issues that spoilt the experience. My appointment got mixed up, luckily I spotted the mistake but had to ring on the day to sort out. It wasn't as relaxing as I wanted as the walls were really thin and the room was next to the toilet with a loud hand dryer plus the music in the salon was pretty loud. The massage itself was ok but I've had a lot of massages and I'm not sure the technique was that authentic, plus the masseuse didn't seem to care that I was obviously trying to retain my modesty. Overall it was a bit of a no frills experience, I wasn't even offered water at the end.
