My original appointment was cancelled by the salon due to a therapist calling in sick. This was probably unavoidable but a little inconvenient.
The treatement itself was great. It was the second facial I had done by Roxanne and she again was very good at making sure it was an excellent procedure. She really is great.
Again the salon above was quite noisy and there are still renovation works going on which are also quite noisy, however the treatement iself and Roxanne generally was excellent and overall it was very good value for money.

Gel Nails Manicure
Staff were really kind and nice. Made me very comfortable to have a treatment. I'll definitely return for another treatment.
Hollywood Waxing
I had a very nice experience here however I am a bit disappointed with my manicure as the next day the nail varnish is already coming off at the tips. This was because the beautician used a brush dipped in nail varnish remover to remove the nail varnish she painted onto my fingers and obviously also touched the ends of almost all my nails.

always a nice salon to got to, had a new therapist in a new room this time, and even though i prefered my regular lady, she was still nice and had a good wax so will go back again
