I have been going to Splash for the last few months and have been very happy with the waxing by my usual therapist, Roxana. But unfortunately for my last 3 visits I have been disappointed that she has not been available despite requesting her at booking. It wasn't a big deal before, but I was really unhappy with my wax yesterday. It was really painful and I've now noticed that it was not a thorough job at all! As a result I will not be returning to Splash.
Hollywood Waxing
This is my second time in this venue and had a completely different service this time. My haircut was completed in less than 10 minutes in a completely careless way and didn't get a wash before or after. The haircut was so asymmetric that when I got home I had to get a scissor and fix it myself.
Ladies' Haircuts
It is a great place, affordable, welcoming.
Roxana was very lovely, did a great job.

I went here for the first time today, I had a Hollywood wax with Roxana. She was brilliant. The wax was relatively pain free and she was very thorough. Usually after I have had a wax I feel slightly uncomfortable down there, however for the time today that wasn't the case. I will 100% be going back and i definitely recommend Splash (ask for Roxana!).
Booked for my bf and he was very pleased with his haircut. They provided an efficient service and are very good value. Would recommend.
