I always find the atmosphere in Splash salons to be quite hectic when you first arrive, but the quality is always absolutely fantastic and it's always such a speedy service. Incredible value. I keep going back!
Gel Nails Manicure
This is the worst hair cut of my life, i usually go to the one just off St Martins lane but was packed there so walked over to this one, and this one was packed as well, understanding as it was a Saturday, After waiting for about 20 minutes i was seated, by the most uninterested hairdresser ever, her facial expression was ridiculous, like she didnt want to be there. I said what i wanted, number one on the sides blended to have a nice gradual fade. She then grabbed the razor and went at it like she was tryin to break the world record for fastest cut!!! There was no blend or fade, she went so high it was ridiculous, now my hair was quite long on top so now im sporting what can only be described as a gypsy toupee!! I looked and the sides werent even, the left was pretty much at the top of my skull, while the right was all patchy. I started to panic and asked her to stop, she said, with her 'give a fuck' facial expression. This is what you wanted!!! HAHAHHA What i wanted??? i couldnt handle anymore and paid and had to walk out. I havent taken off my hat in public since!! I will never ever go back again... maybe to the St Martins one, which i was a regular there for years. But if your greeted by this women! RUN!!!!

Fantastic job done by the girls at Splash. They are so thorough- real perfectionists...exactly what you want beauticians to be! They are lovely to chat to and take their time. They chatted away with me about which colours would be best for the season and would go with my outfit. They really make the atmosphere relaxed and calm, unlike the very surly receptionist who does not smile and the hectic hairdressers running about upstairs. The prices are fab and it's so convenient to juts pop in- always a delight. i shall keep going back as long as the girls are allowed to keep running things downstairs.
Gel Nails Manicure
The quality of the service and products was excellent. The only negative was that my nails were cut very short which I didn't want, I would advise anyone else to make sure they specify if they don't want this to happen.
