I only rated it ok, as there were a few issues that spoilt the experience. My appointment got mixed up, luckily I spotted the mistake but had to ring on the day to sort out. It wasn't as relaxing as I wanted as the walls were really thin and the room was next to the toilet with a loud hand dryer plus the music in the salon was pretty loud. The massage itself was ok but I've had a lot of massages and I'm not sure the technique was that authentic, plus the masseuse didn't seem to care that I was obviously trying to retain my modesty. Overall it was a bit of a no frills experience, I wasn't even offered water at the end.

Excellent experience as always. Clean, efficient salon with friendly staff. Would recommend to friend to take a trip. They have a full range of shellac colours too.

Longest lasting manicures I have ever had are from Splash - really good service and I would 100% recommend to friends!

Roxane was great and so was the wax.
Not nearly as painful as other waxes I have had. Nice clean rooms too.
The only issue was the refubishment works near the therapy rooms with builders talking just outside the rooms.
I can't falt the service otherwise and would definately go back.
