Very welcoming staff! And a clean store. She cut off about 2.5-3 inches rather than 1 inch like I asked, and my face framing pieces were thicker than I wanted too. However, the end result ended up being cute (even though it’s not what I showed a picture of). They know what they’re doing, maybe I wasn’t clear enough, but it’s a nice haircut and hair grows back, so it’s nice to have a change. I’d definitely return but just be more specific when asking for what I wanted.

I left the salon looking like a frizz bomb. Even the staff handed me a hair tie because it was that bad. Yet, I was charged for a blow-dry? If the stylist couldn’t handle my hair, they should’ve said so. I expect a full refund for this, unacceptable.
