Very disappointing experience at Splash Goodge Street. They tried to remove my shellac with an electric file instead of proper remover liquid. After applying the base coat, my nails burned intensely under the LED lamp on both hands. A dermatologist later told me this can happen when incompatible products are used. The manicure was lumpy, uneven and took far too long. No apology or refund was offered. Worst nails I’ve ever had.
