Very impersonal - made to feel like I was wasting everyone's time. Blow dry looked good but stylist's attitude was not great. Kept pulling my hair to the point it was painful. Downstairs it is all a bit grubby. Was just left for ages on my own during manicure, no evidence that any of the tools had been cleaned (for example cuticle stick was stained with nail polish and presumably used on another client). Overall, I wouldn't return and would pay more to go somewhere else with better service.
