I usually like and trust Splash, but this branch was a major disappointment. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to style my hair, only for me to leave with completely straight hair after requesting beach waves. The stylist did not properly follow my instructions, and the result was extremely frustrating.
The salon was also chaotic, hot, unclean, and unprofessional. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and there were very few staff members. This branch is nothing like the other Splash locations I’ve visited.

When the stylist I'd booked with refused to do my hair because it was short-short, I asked the barber in residence if he'd help me out instead. I'd been doing a bit of home styling.
He was absolutely fabulous: attentive, helpful and gave me a brilliant cut.
Nevertheless, the stylist who sent the apprentice to tell me to go away and come back and see someone else could do with a polish of her people skills. The barber? Well, he was a star, and I'd love to have my hair done by him again.
