Wax was satisfactory, woman who ended up doing my wax was nice. Other staff not so nice/friendly. Splash is an independent contractor so it’s what you’d expect.

Got a wash/blow dry/deep conditioning deal but I didn’t really get the deep conditioning, it was only in my hair for a maximum of 30 seconds. My stylist didn’t use any heat protectant or product during the blow dry, although it did turn out looking good! She was also a bit rough with my hair and managed to scratch my ear up pretty badly with the brush.

Took my daughters here for their haircuts and they were so pleased with the stylist and the haircuts. The staff are always pretty friendly.
Only negative is that it is really hot in the salon, they need to keep the salon cool for clients and staff.
