My nails are nice and the shellac is good and clean.
However I have long nails and they were filed down to a very short length. I had to ask the therapist not to cut my cutiles too short at as hurt and on one occasion broke the skin (something I've never experienced before).
The whole treatment took 1hour and 20 minutes and I therefore missed my next appointment.
Easy to book and get to the salon and I was seen and seated promptly but no account was taken of what I had asked for. Shame as my long nails are now short! But overal the end result is nice.

Quick and efficient service. The technician was friendly did a good job with the treatment. I was hoping for hot wax, but she used strip wax, which I usually find a lot more painful, but she did it well and it wasn't as painful as I had expected.
I had not heard of this chain before but needed to get my nails done before going on holiday. The therapist took lots of time ensuring that the manicure was perfect. The salon was busy, but it didn't bother me. The overall experience was a good one. I'll go back.
Blanca did a fantastic job with my shellac manicure. Application was flawless and it's lasting much longer than any gel manicures I've had at other places. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the whole process did take a while over 1.5 hrs with take off, but if you're not in a rush - the quality is definitely worth the wait!
Not only was Paula friendly and made mee feel ease - the service was fast and efficient and I was really happy with the finish.
