I had booked in to have an appointment with my friend one after the other and we had rang the salon ahead to check we would be alright to simply talk to each other when we got there. However, when I arrived the duty manager gave me to a girl who told me she had never done Nail Extensions before! She had to ask how to use things which didn't inspire confidence and my nails looked awful by the end which I pointed out to the duty manager and she simply painted over them to hide them.
I won't be back.

The venue was good, right int he heart of Covent Garden with friendly staff. However the nail extensions were not the best I have had done and even though they were good value I think I would go elsewhere next time.

Great gel nail removal - speedy and efficient. Nice atmosphere too. All in all, very straightforward and efficient. Recommended. Would visit again.

Don't take up this offer: the Wahanda offer is a third more expensive than booking directly or simply walking into the salon! The alleged Wahanda saving is not true at all! I feel very let down by Wahanda!
The salon was very busy and disorganised when I arrived, which may partly explain why the salon was quite dirty and I was left waiting whilst the receptionist simply chatted on the phone.
The haircut was okay despite no washing and being very rushed. I will not be returning to this salon again.
