I had a body massage today with a discount voucher. The room was downstairs of a very busy hair salon and there was a lot of noise from the salon as well as from the hairdressers going up and down the staircase, talking and laughing so it was difficult to relax. The massage started indifferent but after i said to the therapist (a Polish lady that can't remember her name) about my tension around the neck area, she became more attentive. Overall (apart from the noise) i would say that i did enjoy the massage.
the best i've been too so far, will use the therapist again as she listened and did the job ti the highest of standards!
great value for money anad great central london location. be back soon!
I have had 3 facials from Splash New Row, Claudia was absolutely fantastic as was Beata. My skin is steadily improving and I would recommend facials from Splash both for results and the incredible value they offer.
I am going back for more and highly recommend this salon
I also get my shellac manicure done here as the therapist always does such a good job. She prepares the nail and applies the shellac so well it lasts up to 3 weeks. Located in a busy hair salon there is a bit of hustle and bussle but that is fine for a quick lunch time manicure.
I visited this salon for a bikini wax one evening recently. The experience was Ok but nothing amazing.
The beauty salon is downstairs but I had to wait in the middle of the hairdresser salon upstairs (on the ground floor). I wait about 15 minutes and it was far from relaxing (no one offered me a glass of water, you should't even need to ask), the chair (a stool) was not comfortable.
The bikini wax itself was OK, a bit more painful than usual and my skin was still red and a bit irritated the following morning (it doesn't usually happen). I paid £14 and I'm pretty sure I can find a better service for the same price. Otherwise I would prefer to pay a bit more anyway, in order to have an experience a bit less stressful.
