Disappointing experience at this normally-excellent salon. The therapist seemed rushed, didn't use the light to see what she was doing properly, and didn't offer a mirror to check I was happy with the result at the end. In this mornings daylight, it has become evident that the job was only half done. I will be returning to request they finish the job without further charge.

A distinctly average manicure considering the price. It was rushed, and my nails were unevenly filed, edges are messy and have white spots, and at my cuticle the varnish is sloppy. If i'd had a go myself this is how I would expect it to come out. Really quite disappointed, maybe the manicurist was in a hurry but sadly that has cost them my business.

Claudia does a brilliant job with a Shellac manicure. My last one lasted over 3 weeks without chipping and so far so good with my new one. Splash New Row can be quite busy and crowded which I don't mind but others may prefer a quieter place for a bit of nail pampering.

Really lovely therapist. Great value for money, quick and easy treatment. I would definitely go back and would thoroughly recommend. Great location, nice and close to where I work.

The treatment room itself didn't look very welcoming and was quite small which took me by surprise.I thought the treatment room would look a bit more luxurious.The actual deep tissue massage wasn't too bad but it was hard to relax because of the surroundings.I honestly don't think I'd go back but that's only because I'd prefer a luxurious experience.
