I got a call 5 minutes before my appointment asking me to come to charring cross branch instead because new row was closed. The branch was noisy and busy, my stylist Jesus, was actually coughing which made me uncomfortable consider the situation despite him wearing face covering. Additionally when I have asked for my hair to be curled he did it without applying anything to protect it from the heat which is the least I’d expect. The place also wasn’t particularly clean.
