The salon was clean, staff were friendly and we had a good experience whilst we were there. Good Covid measures were place and we felt safe. We enjoyed the pedicure but were very disappointed that the colour had smudged on our big toes by the time we returned home. We were obviously told to put our shoes and socks back on too early. I emailed the salon to express disappointment but have not received any reply - it’s been two days now.

Normally very happy about Splash services but this time they were out of all red varnishes (which I can have some understanding for considering lockdown & deliveries) but after not even a week the shellac has completely loosened the grip of 3 nails, not chipped just loosened from the nail. Quite disappointing, this has however never happened before. The beautician was great tho.
