My trip to Splash was a tale of two halves. My wash, cut and blow dry was excellent, exactly what I wanted and great styling.
Unfortunately the waxing treatments I got were not great - the therapist was friendly and the treatment initially seemed fine, but once I got home and was able to have a proper look it was a really patchy job, not the smooth finish I expected which was really frustrating and disappointing. More attention to detail is needed.
Top service as always, efficient and minimal pain. Good safety measures in place with temperature checks, hand gel and masks - I felt safe going in for my treatment

This 5 star review is for Giuseppe. I have been a client at Splash since 2012. I have had long hair, shaved head, colours etc. for the past 10 years. I feel so lucky and blessed to have such an outstanding hairdresser artist. I was so upset upon hearing today that Giuseppe will not be at Splash after September and I hope with all my heart he stays here. Covid took a lot of soul out of many people including me. Having the care, kindness and professional expertise thankyou Giuseppe for making me feel like a queen for my birthday. Its one of those days where I dont care about anyones opinion but my own and I feel wonderful for a change. They say a wonderful hairdresser or barber is better than any therapy session. For mental wellbeing and for my hair and scalp health thankyou !!
