Very pleased with my haircut, was seen as soon as I arrived. Was asked how I would like it styled & given exactly what asked for. Very happy to recommend. My haircut at the Charing Cross rd branch & not New Row

My nail technician was Ruth and she was great, I'd definitely have her again! I'm happy with the result. Only thing I would say is that the treatment was 50 mins as booked but then you have to leave the nails to airdry for an additional 20/30 minutes. Luckily this didn't make me late for work but I wish I'd known beforehand.
If you book on treatwell it's actually the soho branch, not Covent garden. They rang me in the morning to inform me which I was grateful for. All staff very friendly.

They moved my appointment to another splash and they didn’t even do what I pay for they didn’t wash my hair instead They blow it away with the blow dryer. The haircut was really good.
