Basic but good. Not sure about "luxury" though. The lights were very bright so it gets painful to open my eyes after a while. Some mini massage during facial would be better than jus leaving me on the bed. But good facial and nice techniques.

It's cheap so don't expect any bells and thrills! However, it's very good value for money. Generally very speedy and the setting i.e. the waxing room is comfortable and clean. The waxers are all very highly trained and I have yet to leave unhappy with my wax.
recieved really good service and the hairdresser seemed very competent and made good suggestions etc
nice environment and the staff dont rush. a good experience overall
