nails are done in a hair salon so it can be noisy but i didnt mind this at all - there is a very good buzz / atmosphere and all the staff are very friendly.
Claudia who did my nails was great, she took her time in preparing them before applying the shellac which she did with great precision. My nails look great :) very happy and will definitely go back :)
Beata is really brilliant - pleasant and efficient. I was really pleased with my toe nails and will go back again!

Really great Hollywood wax in a comfotable environment. Great price for central London and the beautician was really experienced and gave good advice.

- Appointment was punctual and took exactly 45 mins as stated
- Staff were friendly
- Salon could have been more prepared as the room was not set up for pedicure yet
- Cleanliness was about the same as I have experienced in other salons
The facial I had here was lovely, completely relaxing and my skin now feels fantastic. The lady that dealt with me was really friendly, analysed my skin and explained what was happening where necessary. She had a good go on my blackheads and I'm feeling much improved! The salon itself is quite noisy, which might bother some people but I still found it completely relaxing and will be booking another appointment.
