The facial I had here was lovely, completely relaxing and my skin now feels fantastic. The lady that dealt with me was really friendly, analysed my skin and explained what was happening where necessary. She had a good go on my blackheads and I'm feeling much improved! The salon itself is quite noisy, which might bother some people but I still found it completely relaxing and will be booking another appointment.

Had a lovely Shellac mani/pedi from Raluca, who normally works in the Soho salon. She's very sweet, makes you feel welcome, and is meticulous. Great pedicure! She got rid of all the hard skin with a little tool I hadn't seen before - the ball of my foot is about 1cm smaller! I'll definitely be going to her again in future.
Everyone in the salon was welcoming and in good spirits, and if you're looking for somewhere central, buzzing (with a touch of chaos), and fun, then this will do you nicely. They play loud disco music and hairdryers blast away, so if you're looking for a pampering/spa experience this isn't your place. It wasn't really that important to me as I just wanted my nails sorted at fairly short notice, but maybe the space could be designed so that you're more out the way and it's a bit more relaxing. That's the only reason I chose 3 stars instead of higher for 'Ambience'.
Overall, really happy with my experience here, and I felt it was good overall value at £56 for full Shellac mani and full Shellac pedi, 2 hrs total.

Yiannis was fantastic and really made sure that my hair was very well looked after. I felt like he was taking the time to do the treatment as well as possible and made sure I was ok as it takes a long time for the whole process to be complete. Overall the staff were good, especially ensuring that my blow- dry was done by the door so it didn't affect the other staff and clients too much.
I would definitely recommend this place.
