I have to admit that though there was a slight lack of organization and communication upon arriving for my appointment, the actual service was great. Garry was personable and knowledgeable as a competent hairdresser. He took my direction well and gave me tips on daily styling of my hair. I look forward to returning to Garry to style my hair in a month.

Very good service however I was kept waiting for 15 mins before my appointment as they were running late. The staff were very nice but this lateness was very inconvenient.

The value of the manicure was great, and the lady that did my treatment was lovely. Unfortunately I found the salon overwhelmingly busy and loud, the nail counter is stuffed into a tiny corner, and the hairdresser operating nearest us was loud and rude throughout my treatment. At one stage I was led downstairs to wash some exfoliator off my hands, and the other staff members were staggeringly unfriendly and actually made me feel in the way. Sadly this prevented my treatment being at all relaxing and I wouldn't go back.

Pedicure was great, lovely service! But sadly the nail varnish wasn't quite dry so big toes smudged :( Would still recommend though!

I booked a hollywood hot wax, it was great value for money and the staff are very friendly and professional.
